Apologies won't make up for the treatment that was given today...even if what I was told did not match the policies they have and they felt the er doctor should not have told what he did they should have been more understanding and compassionate to a mother who had been at the hospital all night with their sick child and was seeking answers instead of having people for the moment i called this morning get attitudes and speaking to a mother the way I was spoken to....I have never been treated so disrespectful to by someone in health care like I was today...canceled the appointment and will get and referral somewhere else...over my dead body will my child been seen there....its very disappointing to know this is how people are treated and it shows by other reviews this place has a problem because it said many times how rude and unprofessional they are there...but it will all work out and my child will be taken care of in a better place

This place is very unprofessional is the last place I would go and set up appointment the nurses are very rude if you go up there and they don’t pick up the phone this is hand down one of the worst business running is the last place I would go if you have to I would recommend someone more professional if it’s out of town and make that drive I honestly I don’t see how there up and still running

This practice helped me out the first time, but the second time I had a kidney stone they literally didn’t care at all after I explained a very specific scenario as to why I needed help.The nurse that called me was the rudest human being I’ve ever interacted with. If your case isn’t cut and dry, don’t go here. It’s like pulling teeth for someone to be compassionate.

Never got to make an appointment. I was triaged over the phone by the appointment person. Was told no one will see me without an ultrasound taken and submitted for their review. No customer service or empathy just ARROGANCE. So I will find someone else.
