They outsource for customer service. HORRIBLE - been calling ALL WEEK they keep passing the buck and REFUSE TO connect me with the someone in the states. Purchased an OVEN with HOME DEPOT. It sat in a box in our dining room until the room was completed; the box was just opened only to find the unit damaged. HOME DEPOT tells me to call AG Electronic; AG Electronics tell me to call HOME DEPOT....BEWARE OF PURCHASING AG APPLIANCES and certainly don't purchase one at HOME DEPOT> HORRIBLE SERVICE ---SUPPOSED TO AN AMERICAN COMPANY YEST ALL THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OVERSEAS...CANNOT EVEN CALL THE COPORATE OFF ALL YOU GET IS A RECORDING. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING AND WHY DON:T THEY HAVE USA CUSOTMER SERVICE. THEY CAHRGE ENOUGH FOR APPLIANCES...

If I could give this company no stars, I would. I bought an LG INSTAVIEW Refrigerator in 2019. In March of 2019, I began to receive messages from the smart app stating that the freezer door wasn't shut tightly. I then began to notice that my ice cream seemed to be soft. Then the messages changed to the temperature was too low. Since the warranty with LG had expired, we called the service company handling the extended warranty we had purchased along with the refrigerator. Before the tech could get out, both freezers stopped making ice. To make a long story short, we endured 6 months with no ice, freezer not working properly and excuses. Finally LG offered us $1860....not the money back guarantee that we had. We were also stiffed for the extended warranty. We paid close to $3000 for a refrigerator that was a piece of JUNK! I believe that LG is aware of this flaw in this product. I am going to do some investigating to see if a class action suit can be brought against the company. I, personally will never buy another LG product again. I have also warned my friends and family.

God help you if you need repairs … or help of any kind actually. They use 3rd party, trash repair companies, that never show up or fix anything. If you contact LG directly, they just put all of it on the trash companies, and take no responsibility for anything. Nice looking appliances, but terrible company… stay away!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have been working on getting my new appliances warrantied for 3 months and just keep getting hung up on!

No. This is the corporate office. I believe they have other service locations but this is not it.
Whatever you do, do not buy LG!
