Great place took care of my upgrade on my phone after we done been to the Hickory store the last there said it would be 3 hours when it took 30 minutes here I most definitely recommend the Lenoir store over the Hickory store

When inquiring about a insurance claim you would have to pay a deductible, the price depends on what type of device you have. Its typically not free. To qualify for a free phone you would have to refer to the promotions that are being advertised at the moment.
Where she lives probably bouncing off a tower the T-Mobile or metro PCS does not use it's called a generic internet connection
I've had no problems with the phone or the service, but I have to agree that the staff at the Lenoir location are somewhat less than professional.... and that's being nice about it.

You can get an extension by using the app or calling 611... You can get up to 2 48 hr extensions. If you don't pay, you have 30 days from your due date to pay or you will lose ur account..
I believe it's $60 or $70 plus your current, active cell phone number.
