I've had no problems with the phone or the service, but I have to agree that the staff at the Lenoir location are somewhat less than professional.... and that's being nice about it.
I got tired of being disappointed with metro they have no management it's young people running the store that have no clue what is going on I switch to Cricket and I've had no problems
I have been disappointed with them hopefully changing companies soon
How complicated is it to switch if I have an upgrade at metro? Jeri Roberts. I need a new phone, just don't have too much money for it.
