* AWFUL EXPERIENCE - planned, prepared and sent insurance verification ahead of time. * Upon going to pay for with my CHARGE CARD - I was told " by a clerk" that my Credit Card wasn't accepted as a Credit Card? * This was not a prepaid card at all! This was from "SELF" - Whereas I have had and used this Credit Card for several years and my credit limit has been raised - unbelievable. If they don't want to accept a variety of Charge Cards they should state that prior.

We accept debit cards on vans rentals for customers who live in the CSRA. SUVs and Car rentals require a major credit card from all customers. If you are visiting from out of town, we require a major credit card on all rentals.
