Was told that the car will be ready at 10:30 but did not receive the car till after 1:30pm. Was given different excuses every 30 minutes. last was that the car is being dried. Received the car in 40 minutes totally wet and with scratches. Several essences lighted up 3 hours later including airbag failure . Contact Irwin but still waiting for a call back.

Amazing people ! Amazing place ! Finally a dealership that takes pride in their work and wants to fix your car ! I’ve been dealing with a dealership in Staten Island for years. I finally couldn’t take it anymore. Found Irwin and I’m not looking back ! From Alice scheduling my appointment and loaner car to Alejandro the service advisor, Tony the service manager and most of all Chris the top technician that really fixed my car the right way ! Not only did they fix all of my concerns. They listened and trust me I can talk. Also if this was the dealership in Staten Island my car would have been there for months and would have come back worse than I sent it in. They fixed everything in a couple of days ! A real class act ! If you just can’t take the sub standard service of other dealerships give them a try. You’ll be very happy. I know I’m impressed ! Thanks again to everyone at Irwin Lincoln Service !!!!! Update ! 10/26/2022 Loved the service department so much I went back to Irwin to buy a new 2022 Corsair. Jay Irwin and my salesman Jeff were amazing !!!! Got me a great deal and had me in and out in a couple of hours. I’d also like to mention Christine Morton at Lincoln concierge. She has been amazing also to me. It’s people like this that represent the Lincoln Brand in the most positive way ! Glad I stuck with Lincoln. It’s a happy day lol 😃
