I was made to feel very comfortable, The options were discussed and immediate relief treatment was induced. I am also blown away that a brace was prescribed for me and someone actually came to my home! Who does that anymore?!! Dr. Costa is the best ! He comes highly recommended and did not disapoint!!!

Dr. Costa explained my x ray results and the required surgery. He injected me and prescribed a custom brace fitting at my home.

Dr. Costa is excellent! He did one knee replacement and I am now waiting for the other one he will do shortly. Excellent care from his office staff and he is a pleasure to deal with. He knows what he is doing and does it well! Highly recommend him.

I don't know if he has a fax number; however if you look him up online there might be a fax number. He's an excellent surgeon. I had my knee replaced by him in 2015. My recovery time was unbelievable. If you're thinking of going to him, I say do and don't worry about the outcome because because he's great.
