Dr's really need to put their staff in check. They don't realize how much that impacts a patients experience. Nicole in the front argued with me on the phone saying my husband cannot see Dr. RISS BECAUSE HE HAD covid, yet the CDC called us & said ur Dr needs to assess you to see the right treatment, I spoke to Dr. Babeyev after hrs & she said if their patients need to see them, they can & that was not true. The girl STILL said he couldn't come in, she said "I wasn't allowed in the office when I had covid". Also when I went to see Dr.Riss, I don't think he even looked at me, he rushed to the lab people & said get her blood & out the door I was!! New Dr for me!

Doctor's are AMAZING, But the staff are terrible and the place is out dated, Sandy is hands down the worst person ive met in a liong time, Very miserable and clearly has a problem with life.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The girls in the front were very rude, one in particular. I was told that they removed me as a patient because I hadn't been to the office in x amount of time. When I said that I didn't understand why I was removed because Dr. Babayev knew that I was serving our country, the front desk lady then said that I was trying to argue wiith her. Very confusing atmosphere. Felt like the Twilight Zone. I won't be back, which is a shame because I've gone for many years. They've also lost everyone else I know's service, which is another shame.
