Positive: Rooms are larger, staff is great, rooms are clean. Negative: It's on a busy road - but the rooms are pretty insulated.

The staff was great but the hotel was not clean. There were stains on the walls, floor, curtains, tub, and commode. There were handprints on the door inside the elevator looking like someone may have been stuck in it and they were trying to open the door. There were stains on the floor in the hallway close to my room.

Positive: I booked the hotel because of the location. The room was clean and had lots of space. They served a variety of food for breakfast. Negative: The room was clean but didn¿t have a clean smell. I would recommend the cleaning staff use a disinfectant spray.

Such an amazing place to take a weekend away to, a mini vacation or just wanna get some alone time. Every single staff member I've encountered has been well mannered, caring and I mean they are CARING!!! I stayed a few days the week of Valentines Day, with Valentines Day included, and my husband got into an accident in Knox County. When I tell you EVERY SINGLE TEAM MEMBER of Comfort Inn & Suites were sincere, loving, caring and so helpful. I'd recommended this place to anyone!!!! I want to give the crew at Comfort Inn & Suites a BIG THANK YOU for being so amazing in such a unfortunate time for me and my husband!!!
