I stayed here for about a month,I watch people complain for no reason at all. Just to get their money back. This quality inn has genuine staff that do their job. They go above and beyond to make guests happy. Sure there will be a mistake here and there,but that's life. If anyone says they were treated less than perfect, they're lying. Just don't come there smoking in a non smoking room,or being rude.

! THIEVES ! July 2022 After I checked out I called the hotel less than an hour later because i forgot some clothes hanging up in the room. They said they would leave a note for the cleaners so I could pick it up the next day then she hung up on me! The next day when I tried to pick them up they said there was nothing found in the room when I’m 100% positive I know exactly where I left them. Over $200 worth of clothes gone. I’m very disappointed. Will never be back. The staff is VERY RUDE! Also, the bathtub had rust in it. 0 stars for me

Nothing "Quality" about this place. Doing better at laundry and vacuuming would be a start. Breakfast????....laughable. The owners here need a class in hotel hospitality. Fail!

Just checked in on April 8, 2022 late at night. Front desk staff was courteous, but the room was a disaster. The sheets appeared as if the maid remade the beds. There was popcorn under the bed. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. I picked this hotel because they were pet friendly, but will not come again.
