my girlfriend lost her phone here , we contact the loss prevention dude jeremy. Jeremy was super helpful, helped us discover my girlfriends phone was stolen, he then contacted the person and convinced them to bring it back. They did and he successfully returned her phone to us. Jeremy was extremely professional and deserves a promotion for being good at his job and actually caring about the customer.

It’s Costco, so it’s great. As a brand and company, I love it there. But this specific location is so overcrowded that it is not fun to go. The parking lot is completely packed and horribly laid out. Once inside, there is no way to walk to the food court without slipping through a checkout line. Then once you are shopping, it is jam packed with people and carts. Checkout, complete disaster. Northern Vegas really needs to build enough commercial shopping to match the houses being built. It’s out of control.

I love Costco and I being a member since 1996 . I really disappointed yesterday when my husband buy the hot dog. The price is cheaper but I prefer to paid more and get more quality. For example Costco serve before the hot dog in a paper hot dog tray and that was easy to handle to place the few items that Costco offer to us for the price such as mustard , onion and catchup. But now Costco serve the hot dog in a paper bag which is not easy to handle see the picture. I know everything is expensive now but Costco needs to show up some respect for their customers.

Unfortunately they were out of paper towel and toilet paper, but they had everything else we needed, and the lady who helped us at self-checkout was really nice.
