Every time I've had to go here it was a terrible experience. First of all I delivered two babies here . First I had as a teen and the nurse acted disgusted with me . She was so rude and in caring she made me feel so much shame and was so sweet to my abusive ex it was horrible . Second time they tried to send me home at five centimeters after inducing me for a whole day when I asked to go to a new hospital they quickly changed things . The nurses were so rude and gossipy all but one . Like I had to hear their drama while being in labor . My boy friend wanted to cut the cord and the doctor snapped on him and said "don't touch me " as if we were peasants or something . They tried putting my epidural in despite me pushing it was just aweful ! I had to take my daughter here for hives and my boy friend called saying he was her dad because he raises her but he's her step dad the nurse was going on saying he was Mis representing himself and she could call cops for that 🙄! The nurses in triage were so rude about my kidney infection during pregnancy x basically making me feel bad like it's all my fault I could go on ... make the trip to Rochester

Wonder how they managed to gather such large group of top shelf incompetent, uncaring people to work at United Memorial, do yourself a favor and drive to Rochester, don't go United Memorial unless you wish to die.

Never met staff that was so disrespectful and stuck up. Nurses have poor attitudes, you can hear every little conversation they’re having BAD and Good. Don’t seem to care to treat people and only there for a pay check. This place has gone so down hill, it disgusts me. Not To Mention MY MOM WAS HERE WITH HEART ISSUES 2 months ago, said she was having chest pain while laying down and a aide/nurse ignored her and told her she was fine and to lay down when she was already doing so, not to mention they gave my mom cold overcooked food from the kitchen and poor attitude and disrespect towards her as well. Disgusting!
