Went in three separate times. Was told something different each time. When finally did get a phone was charged three times. Charged for something that I was told was free. Make sure to look everything over before completing transaction. Or you will be paying for items you did not ask for.

Horrible customer service from Samantha the last two times I went in. The 1st time she told myself and 2 other customers that she literally knows NOTHING about phones. She was not able to help me with my connection problems what so ever. I went back in a week later hoping for someone else. Nope. She was on a personal call when she unlocked the door and was irritated to do so.. She said she was the only employee and nobody else could help me with my phone problem. When I asked where the next closest store was so I could try to get my problem fixed she had a very unprofessional attitude with me and told my 7 y.o. not to be like his mommy! I was speechless.
