I paid several hundred dollars for a cricut maker. The maker didn't work. Found out that this cricut was sold and returned and should have been destroyed. They were making a profit off of damaged products. Be ware. Luckily we were able to get a replacement. It took a while

I like shopping at Michael's, however the staff training could use some improvements. The cashier wanted me to accept a refund less than what I paid because she nor the supervisor knew how to adjust the tax rates!!!!!
