I bought 16 manga books from here. They were in good condition and I bought them for $30 I come back to sell them they said I'm getting $1.60 for all 16 book that mean each book $.10 cent. Iam not recommend you to go this store 🙄 😒
Bella Jay
Good prices and have everything thing you could imagine but I don't recommend to sell stuff there

Quiet and comfortable environment, good service attitude of staff, neat books📚 and half price discount, I like this place so much

Yes
Yes, but they won't necessarily accept everything. They took all my old manga and a couple of western books, but wouldn't take an obscure sports textbook, probably because it had no useful value. It can take a while for them to finish appraising, but they give you a numbered tag and you can go browse the store or leave and come back while you wait.
I dont buy either , Bookoff does but sadly they dont pay alot for them
I've seen them there but things come and go there so there might be a chance it's still there.
I was in the store 1/23 I saw no vinyl records
Everything they have they buy from humans that don't want Thier stuff anymore and they pay 10cents for action figures and 1.00 for anything of 100.00 or more value 🤷♂️so I'd be very careful because if humans were to stop bringing them stuff, they'd go out of business, but i truly think the attorney general of new York should investigate this place and how they robbing customers of their true value
Do you buy old Wrestling magazines from the late 1960s, early 1970s?
No they don't. But everytime I go there's parking near by. And since I go on Sundays parking is free
Yes, the store was open when I visited in mid-November. They might have different hours for the holidays though
No thanks.
Yes, it usually depends on what people bring in to sell but they often have many Toho, Kaiju, and Godzilla figures and books.
I'd be careful about selling to Book Off. From my experience they only offer, at most, 20 to 25 of the price they'll probably sell it at. If it's a Hot Toys figure you'll probably be better off selling on eBay or Facebook Marketplace
Mostly used. But the quality is definitely like new for a good majority
Yes but I would definitely get there as soon as they open. Otherwise you will probably end up waiting a long time. They are always super busy especially with people who are trying to sell items.
They'll buy almost anything, not discriminating by genre assuming it's in good condition. The value you'll get for the books is the variable
You can call and they might look to see. I have called in the spring to look for an ítem n the young lady did.
Now to being google lock tree
the first floor is mainly DVDS for movies and alot of figures, consoles, games, etc. the second floor is average books and the lower floor is manga/comics.
Per book based on what they have it priced online may not be much fyi
You have to go and look. There system is not set up too search for product.
I recently brought some books, DVDs and CDs and thought I was underpaid for my goods. They gave me like 6 bucks for three books; a week later I saw one of my books in a display rack, priced for $47.50 !! I mean, they could have given me 9 or 10 bucks for it and still made a nice profit.
I'm not sure you could call or ask the store
I don't see them selling magazines so I don't think so 🤔
No .they stopped purchasing a lot of items best to call before bringing any items .
No not in this place
From what I have seen going there they go off of what is in demand at the moment and how much stock of a certain product they have . Hopes this helps. VR is in high demand atm.
Hello Each locations holds their own inventories and are totally separated. Please call store directly for checking stocks. Thank you
Yes. You should go and bring them
You have to look for it and keep trying ID look online for it 80s and 90s movie are hard to find in there try ebay shipping sucks but easy to find at ok prices
Did not see k-pop section
Yes
Yes. They have every kinda of electronics. Game consoles to TVs, cell phone accessories. Such a great store
They are presently Closed, I tried yesterday, but you should try them on their site.
Yes they do. The price varies depending on the condition, some come in others are out of box.
No, still under quarentine orders
Yes u can
Yes very good for this
their return policy is 30 days unless otherwise marked-be careful buying electronics from them always check it in the store-sometimes they sell stuff that they know is broken-for instance they had a Japanese ps2 there I was thinking about getting they wouldn't let me test it and then said no returns for any reason
Yes, it is a store that has second-hand and imported material at a very good price
Yes. They have some Disney and other collectables there.
Sometimes they do but it depends on if someone brings it in to sell. Not often to I find a lot of BTS or other Kpop based things here. It is mostly a Japanese culture store.
Depends on what movies they are and if in good condition. Must bring it in store to find out.
All of the items in the store are directly bought through other customers who are willing to sell items or they are shipped from Japan of pre-purchased inventory. Sometimes, you get lucky, as there are a lot of customers who sell and some will sell rarer items. Unfortunately, there is no way to order as there is no inventory list or database. Hope this helps.
Yes. They sell cameras, watches, cell phones, figures(dolls?) and etc..
Prices vary a lot depending on when they get it, condition, and which model of PS3 it is (slim, og, new). I've seen some as low as $70 and some a lot higher.
They will. But only if they are in good condition
There is no requirement for you to buy/purchase anything other than you pay for your purchase. If you want to sell something, I believe you take your item to the desk, they take a look and offer you a price, then you can accept or not. Keep in mind you're not going to make a lot of money, but you will make a little and the item hopefully will be put to good use. It's better than throwing away. The items should work, be clean etc, meaning don't go there to sell garbage. Hope this helps.
Yes, they buy books
I believe I saw it when I was there last, but there's no guarantee theyll have it when you go. best bet is to call, or just head in and check their manga section downstairs.
Umm... I think they sell on 2 floor, but not sure that one you looking.
They MIGHT. It all depends on whether anyone has brought them in. If they do, I don't guarantee a huge selection but it's definitely worth a look.
Used manga varies from $1-$5 depending on age, quantity, and popularity.
Yes
Also
Sorry, I Don't Know 😣
That is up to staff at book off
I don ' t know
Yes.
I'm not sure whether you will receive an answer this way, but good to give it a try.
There's a possibility that they do since quite a bit older films, but they don't have a online inventory so you gotta do the searching yourself
I advise you to stop by. There's no way of knowing unless you go
I don't think they'll give a lot. I always see tv's there
No, I think they do not have shipping service by now.
NO
They have good prices, because most of the things that they have are used. I don't know about the prices.
They have cds but if youre looking for Kpop and Jpop youre better off going to Ktown. Theres a store next to Toni Moley
Hello Carmen This store sell mexican & other types of shows & movies, you'll need to go to "Bookoff" and browse through their "Large" collection of t.v dvd's & movies. Good Luck😀👍
Don't Walsh your time for pennies.that it's what they pay
I'm not sure. Best to email or call the store.
Caroline.dont even try.they will give you 5 penny's for a book.them sell them 5 dollar. After you carry those heavy books.its not worthy
I agree with everything above, especially the part about not expecting too much. I mean they sell movies 3 for $10. But if youre downsizing this is better than dumping in the garbage.
No... They need to see the condition and subject matter of each book. Book Off is a small store. They don't have enough staff to act as researchers... Your best bet woul be to bring what you can and let them sort through it. If they don't want a paticular book, you should donate it to Goodwill or a Salvation Army thrift store.
Hmm.... I really think that you man not have any choice in the matter.... You'll simply have to take them in to be appraised. The value will most likely depend on both subject matter and condition. Figurines from newer animes that are easily obtainable will be worth less and figurines from older shows where everything is out of print may be worth more....
