I used them for a custom garage build. I put my deposit down in September 2020 and then did not hear from them for 6 months. I had to call them to find out what the delay was and the job did not start until September 2021 and they technically never finished the job and they never installed the garage door opener. They never communicated what next steps were or when they would happen. And even though I called multiple times about the garage door opener, they never got back to me and never attempted to correct the issue. Their communication is terrible and it was a very frustrating process from beginning to end.
