Zero stars are not available! Horrible horrible horrible. Buyer beware!!! Didn’t send our item for months then claimed that I didn’t pay for the shipping. They charged us another $35 for shipping just to get the wrong item. I’ve been trying to return the product for months and I get no response!!!

Had there been 1000 below zero I would have given it to these CROOKS. It is apparent that these people are THEIVES, and they should not be allowed to conduct business anywhere in the world. Their website shows the address 159 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ 07647, the label on the box of what they shipped to me says: 49 Walnut St Unit 3A, Norwood, NJ 07648; I checked out both and I doubt any of these are their correct addresses. My Story: They shipped me the wrong item, I called for them to rectify the situation, I was told to email to them, then they respond to my email asking me to text to them. After few rounds of this nonsense, I get an email, asking me to ship the product to them, and that there may be restocking fee of 25%. And of course they have already charged me 14.29 for shipping to me the wrong product. I send them AN EMAIL, TWO TEXT saying I ordered and paid for Wilson Jones View Tabs, instead you sent me Translucent Dividers for Binding systems. 1) I do need you to send me an email that does not include language that you may be charging me 25% for restocking fee. 2) You must send me a prepaid label for return shipping, in order for me to send the wrong product back to you. 3) You must refund me the full $57.83 which includes your shipping fee of sending me the wrong product. They send me back an email with mere these words “Restock fee will be waived“ STEER CLEAR OF THESE CRIMINALS
