Everyone was helpful and easy to find for questions or needs. Store was clean and well stocked. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was there was only one cashier, but other staff close by. Kept waiting for one of them to open another register...nope...they just averted their eyes so as to not meet customers...BUT 5 stars to that one cashier! She was crazy fast all the while being pleasant!

The girls tell you to take off the hangers at the register and they just stand there and watch you. I think that's rude. No other store does this.

Not bad. Adequate Covid 19 preventive measures. Needs to organize the stuff in a better way. Hard to find what one is looking for. A lot of clutter and cluster. Signage isn't that good.

Quite a good variety of items especially clothes at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend Ross stores to anyone looking for a Brand at a reasonable low price. Walk In and you’ll be surprised at the range of Brands you’ll find in the stores, and thus goes their Slogan - ‘Dress for less’ which to me sounds correct and true.
