I went to Klenswite to obtain prices for an above ground pool. The girl in the store couldn't be bothered and actually told me "no one is thinking about a pool right now" so I went up north and bought a pool from a very nice company who answered all my questions and were very helpful. Bummer that some companies don't want my business.

I bought a Sundance Optima Hot Tub early in 2022. I put half down and the shop held the tub until I got my permits and had a pad poured. They then delivered the tub when requested. I had the tub wired, filled it and Tim the service guy came to finish the startup and provide an orientation. Since then every question has been answered and free water testing is provided. Supplies at the store are very competitive or better than online prices. I am very happy with the tub and with the service provided. Brittany was my salesperson and my principle contact, but all of the staff are most helpful. Would highly recommend Klenswite to family and friends.
