I am very disappointed with S&J Pools. Not only have we spend hundreds of dollars opening our pool up this summer but the lady embarrassed me in front of a bunch of their customers today. We came in and had our water tested as we have before. They couldn’t find anything on us in their system. Which again, was frustrating bc we have literally spent a lot of money here and have had our water tested multiple times here. But after they tested our water, she said it looked really good and if it were her she would just add some calcium. I said ok cool, we have this at home from when we purchased it last time we were here. I then asked her if I could take the results home she printed out to show my husband bc he is the one who comes in and gets our water tested and purchases everything we need each time…and she laughed and said no, not unless you’re buying our products. I said well then ok bc this is where we purchase them all so we’re good. She continued to just stare at me with a smirk on her face refusing to give me the printed results and a handful of customers are standing there starring. I think she was trying to show off for them. I just walked out and said ok thanks. My husband is a business owner and he would never treat his customers this way. We will no longer be going back to S&J Pools as they are very unprofessional. There are too many pool places to settle for this type of customer service.

I bought a pool and went to my local pool company and they sold me what they said was needed I used the products how I was told to and no luck the weekend they were closed so I bought other products at wal mart trying to clear my water when they were opened back up I tried to talk to the lady asking for advise or water testing and if I needed anything from them she laughed at me refused to help and said go to wal mart it's thier problem. She said this when she said thier chemicals were stronger and I said I read the active ingredients and bought the exact same percentages.
