I personally love my unit but I'm fortunate to have a good quiet street, the children can be a pain as nobody watches them the parents allow them to disturb everyone, a select few unfortunately are dirty people and hoarders that quickly destroyed the area and several units are known for illicit activities but the new manager seems to be getting right on top of everything and hopefully cleaning things up, they also are great with people who have service dogs( not fake service dogs but actual ones)

Lived here for 3 years. Everything has been fine. Updates are made constantly. Corporate checks apartments frequently. They keep up with hud standards. My advice for neighbors is stay to yourself and they will be great neighbors cause your not interacting with them.

Great place to live. Yard work taken care of by mgmt. All maintenance done by mgmt. Water paid. Total electric units. Washer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher are all included. Playground. Picnic area. Garage. Air condition. Garbage disposal.
