The worst that can be as a center, the attention is terrible starting from the doctor to the receptionist, 2 hours to attend to you, then 2 hours to tell you the results and in the end they give you a paper without signing and without anything, it is the worst thing that I have seen In my life as a center, I do not recommend it, the price is very expensive for the service and quality

Most of the staff is highly unprofessional. Singing, laughing, talking loud while patients are waiting for their UFE procedure to begin. In procedure room was not made to feel comfortable and no one explained step by step what was happening. Two of the staff were in corner of procedure room (not sure why) gossiping and speaking in Spanish. After being sent home, I got violently sick and called Dr. Peter Smith who seemed annoyed I had bothered him. Long story short I ended up going to the ER and being admitted for 5 days and if it weren’t for my dad contacting Dr. Smith, that man would have never followed up with me. Even after being aware I was in the hospital this doctor still didn’t check up on me. I’m not used to such poor care. Isn’t it normal practice to follow up with your patient to find out how they are doing? Additionally, I’ve had to follow up numerous times on multiple items. Picture a sick and weakened person having to use up energy on basic followup. There are so many additional things I can add about my awful experience but it’s too much to type. I do NOT recommend this location and doctor and have reported them to my insurance company.

I went for an ultrasound and when appointment was made I was told that my insurance was covered and confirmed on August 20. Upon arrival they said that they don’t take it and I was forced to pay $300. They made my appointment at 8am with several other people. I was there at 7:40am and the staff and receptionist started coming at 9:30. You need to wait outside of the office. The receptionist said that the doctor told her to start at 9:30 and sometimes patients come in at 7am and had to wait. (This is every day). Now you can imagine how long each patient would wait to start being seen. I was placed in a room more than an hour in the cold waiting for my ultrasound. The doctor did not give me a consultation. We waited for the doctor for so long then we had to leave. We were told that the doctor will give us a call to perform a proper discussion of results but I never got the call. They just look for amounts and do not care for their patients. I’ve been waiting until today to get my requested results to show another doctor and I’m still waiting. I’m in pain and I paid money for nothing. Didn’t even talk to a doctor there. I do not recommend this place. They have 30 days by law to send by mail the exam and btw this time, you will be in pain and would be impossible to make any treatment. I guess, pay again another place . If you have an opportunity, go to a real doctor place who will understand and respect their patients.
