If I could do 0 stars I would. This by far was my WORST doctor’s visit ever. I was at the verge of tears (because of frustration) by the time I was seen. I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen. The service is horrible! When I got there the receptionist wrote my name and did absolutely nothing else for my appointment. She was helping another patient, but she could have saved us both some time by at least taking my insurance so that we waited for approval (which was already granted via my original appointment service) while she serviced the other patients. An hour and a half later I was taken into a room to change, after 15 min or so someone came in asking if I had had my sonogram already (what?!). I do have to highlight that the ones doing my sonogram (older blonde lady and a younger black haired female) were super nice & sweet and did their job incredibly well. While waiting for doctor to come in to take a look a LOUD unprofessional argument occurred outside the room between one of the workers and the doctor. There was cursing and disrespect involved. I feel bad for the awkward position the two ladies helping me found themselves in. The doctor seemed nice when he finally came in and knowledgeable. Im so lucky i don’t have to come back here. *update: now office is holding my scans hostage and not sending them to my primary doctor, leaving to me deal with excruciating pain daily because my doctor obviously needs these to determine next steps

This is my review a -0 for their service. I would like to start by saying that Dr. Peter Smith is in the wrong clinic because he is very professional but some of the staff is awful, disrespectful and unprofessional.
