His depth of knowledge and level of empathy are unmatched, especially outside TX. I live out of state but will make a trip whenever possible just to bring my dogs to Dr. Madigan. Today 4 of our 7 dogs were porcupined. I called to see if they could be seen right away. I was told I would be called back once the receptionist checked with the docs as they were booked full. While waiting, I called two other vets just to have a back up plan and this was by far the cheapest quote I received. I was called back within 10 minutes and told to bring my babies in. 4 quill extraction procedures, 4 sedations and 8 medications for under $1000. My dogs and I are always treated so well. I’m so thankful for this whole crew.

We have been patients with this office for 11 years. The office is extremely clean and well organized. We currently have two dogs in their care for annual visits, vaccines and misc things that come up (allergies, back pain in an aging dog, etc). Exams are thorough and given caringly. Treatment options have always been discussed prior to any treatment. We have NEVER had services we were not asked about first. In fact, although we have been going there for years, they always ask before doing even the basic bloodwork and vaccines we request every time. Every doctor, vet tech and front office staff member we have ever had contact with has been friendly, informative and helpful. Even when I come at them with a ridiculously long list of questions, they have answered every one without ever rushing me. I have always received timely responses to emails and always get a followup call regarding bloodwork. We have never been dissatisfied with a visit and can't think of any suggestions I would make for improvement. I wish I could find primary care for myself this wonderful.
