Working with OSMNYC has genuinely been the worst and most unprofessional experience I've had, in terms of communication AND production. I gave Brian 30 t-shirts and 30 hats to be printed and embroidered. He gave me a turnaround estimate of 2 weeks. I gave him a $500 deposit. That was May 4th. Today is July 9th. I still have not had a single t-shirt nor hat made. I texted and called Brian almost daily for the first month after not hearing anything from him a week after the original estimated date of completion. He did not answer for the entirety of that month. I was actually concerned that something had happened to him. I called every number available on the website and google, no answer. I emailed multiple email addresses, no response. I drove to the shop in Queens (I live in CT) to try to talk to him in person. He was not there, and I spoke to Angelina. She called him one time and he answered, telling her to tell me we would have a sample the following day. This did happen, but the samples were distorted and the colors were off. This worked for the time being because I needed some items for a photoshoot that I had to reschedule twice because of Brian's false statements. After this, I followed up with him via text. After A MONTH of texting, Brian finally responded, and for the following month I got texts from him DAILY saying he would have the order done by the following week. Never happened. Finally I told him to forget the job and just return the items, or I could come pick them up. He said that was fine and he would ship them. That was a week ago. I've texted him every other day asking if the items were shipped, and his response is "100% I'll send them today". He hasn't shipped them. The deposit also hasn't been returned, even with countless attempts to remind him. Brian is extremely unprofessional to say the least. If you are looking for printing or graphic work, this is not the place. I am appalled with my experience. I'm not usually the one to write a bad review and like to give people second and even third chances, but I felt I needed to give people a warning so they don't have to go through what I did.

On a daily basis, hand-wash vehicles graphics with a sponge and mild detergent. Remove any debris with a water spray first. If it's your first time using a new detergent, test it on a small piece of the graphic to make sure it won't bleach or stain it. Finish by rinsing well with clean water and squeegeeing or drying with a clean microfiber sheet. If you want to go the extra mile to preserve your custom vinyl Decal, then have it ceramic coated. One Source Media Car Wraps | Oct 31, 2021

No, Vehicle vinyl wrap does not ruin the paint of your car. In reality, a wrap will not only not harm the painted surface of your car, but it will also protect it and maintain the consistency of the paint underneath if the paint is factory paint. The vinyl serves as a protective layer over the paint, keeping it from being damaged by the elements. It may also defend against minor cuts and dings caused by rocks or debris. When properly removed, the vinyl will not leave any residue nor will it peel any paint or clear coat.

Yes, you can bring your newly wrapped car to an automated brushless car wash, though we prefer to have it washed with your hands to avoid unwanted results. By removing the wrap, you can return the car to its original color. A vinyl vehicle wrap is much less expensive (about half the price of a comparable paint job). A Vehicle vinyl wrap gives you a lot of pattern options that are not possible with paint, such as Camouflage, carbon fiber, etc. When properly cared for, vinyl car wraps will last as long as, if not longer than, paint. You can either wrap the entire or just portions of the car. Gives your car a fresh look by hiding marks and tiny chips. Increases the resale value of your vehicle. One Source Media Car Wraps | Oct 31, 2021
One Source Media Car Wraps | Oct 31, 2021

A vinyl wrap is the preferred method of vehicle advertising since it is less expensive than a custom paint job and provides much more design and finish options. Wrapping your car with vinyl usually takes three days of installation, compared to a usual paint job. This is a good consideration if you only have your car as your means of transportation. Vinyl also has the advantage of being able to be removed without scratching the paint underneath. Since the paint has been shielded from the weather, the paint that is revealed when the vinyl is removed would appear as fresh as the day it was wrapped.

How long do car wraps last?

One Source Media Car Wraps | Oct 31, 2021

The response is dependent on a variety of factors, including sun exposure, atmosphere, washing frequency, and so on. Wraps don't last as long on cars that are driven every day and exposed to the sun. With this level of wear and tear, the life expectancy may be as low as two years. But even something as easy as parking in the shade will significantly extend the life of your vehicle wrap, bringing it to about three or four years. Wraps on vehicles that are used less often will last up to seven years. A vehicle wrap's average lifetime is around five years under normal conditions.

How much does it usually cost to wrap your car?

One Source Media Car Wraps | Oct 31, 2021
One Source Media Car Wraps | Oct 31, 2021

It really depends on the vehicle. A larger coupe, such as a Ford Mustang or a Chevy Camaro, as well as smaller SUVs, trucks, and vans, begin about can cost 3-4 thousand. Depending on the complexity, materials, and size of the vehicle, the most exotic wrap jobs will cost more. Wrapping inside the door jambs can take extra time and thus will add expense.
