The Dr I saw was very good. The billing and back room communication has A LOT to be desired. Check your billing and don't assume a thing.

If keeping appointments and promises matter to you don’t visit this office. My wife booked an appointment here 6 weeks in advance to have injections in both feet. She was quite nervous about the procedure and when we walked into the office checked in and sat down, the doctor only informed us then that they were unable to do the procedure because they didn’t have the item in stock. Pathetic and a complete joke. Completely understand that there are supply chain issues but not bothering to call ahead or offer to postpone the appointment shows the level of care and professionalism in this office.

Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I do NOT recommend going to this office. Dr. Whitman was rude and rushed my visit. I had been struggling with a foot infection for months at this point, and he didn’t seem to think it was of much concern. I asked him to please send a skin sample to the lab (which he did not think was necessary). The office staff was not welcoming and his assistant made me feel like I was an inconvenience. After waiting three and a half weeks for my lab results, I never got a call from the office. After attempting multiple times to get ahold of someone to check and see if the results came in, they informed me that the lab had NO RECORD of it ever being received. The office was not apologetic and tried to blame it on FedEx, when actually it was never sent. I had two different office staff explain to me two completely different stories. I am very discouraged and disappointed. I went to this office because of their great reviews, hoping to receive wonderful care as well. I am still struggling with my condition and with no answers.

Treatments vary depending on the type of gout and intensity and frequency of acute gout flareups. Hard to speculate on treatment options without knowing a detailed history.
Currently we do not have office hours where we see patient's during lunch however typically staff will answer the phones. We've recently relocated offices (June 2019) which may transiently effect availability of staff for a short period of time. Hope this answers your question.
Sorry, as of now we do not make home visits.
