Yesterday we decided to take in a new movie that the wife was looking forward to. We went to see Where the Crowdads Sing. (It's a great movie and book) It was sold out at the other theaters we frequented so we tried this one. The theater was easy to get to and had ample parking. In comparison to other theaters we go to this one seemed to look on the older side. No worries as we were ready to eat some popcorn and watch the movie. The person who checks your tickets was nice and the theater was literally steps away from the ticket check. Inside the theater we found our seats. We were surprised to find out the seating was two seater love couch recliners. No problem since we are a couple. However we also came to find that our seats, numbers 6 and 7 were beside each other but occupied different couch recliners. Yes my wife was to the left of me but there's a space between each two seater couch. This meant that we would be sitting beside someone else instead of us together on the same couch. The theater's website made no reference of this at all. I've went to other theaters that have this type of seating but specified it when reserving seats. We were not the only couples that was surprised to find this out. I heard a lot of confusion and a lot of apologies as people sat in the love seat besides someone else's theater date. Fortunately we got lucky. The seats beside us were not occupied so when the movie started we were able to rearrange ourselves so the couple beside us could sit together and we could sit together. The movie was enjoyable. The sound quality and picture quality were both great. They do need to change their website to reflect the type of seating arrangements.

The place turned out to be a pleasant surprise. First off, the concessions stand is pretty tiny and the fact that you can't order their full meals ahead of time is a bit strange, so the waiting around and squeezing in for food is cumbersome at best. I also wish they had more extensive cocktail and wine options compared to others in the area but it's not the end all. Their food service is phenomenal when you compare it to the likes of AMC. Their theaters are also very clean and well kept with decent screening options. What sets this place apart is their price and service. Never had a bad experience here.

Our family enjoys tagging in a movie here every time. Friendly staff, bathrooms are usually clean, and the theatres are also clean...considering people are eating in there, that's great! I think the pricing is on par with other eat and watch theaters but know that it is a little bit pricier. That said, it's worth it to eat, lounge, and watch.

I took my kids here and was greatly surprised. Seats are comfortable (detail oriented people beware: some seats need a "touch up" and show some wear/tear) but in general they make for a fun experience with children; specially because you can get some beers for the movie and enjoy them while your kid reclines comfortably and drops popcorn all over himself. Sound is not that great though, so if you're one of those FX guys...this is not your place.

Yes!! They're awesome! They have trays and cupholders, and they're comfy.
I have the Cinemark Rewards app. Great app! If you go to movies regularly especially, the 8.99 is worth it. But I recently was able to do a refund through the app very easily.
You can go on their website and pick the movie and then continue on to buy tickets. It will tell you the price there. You can then exit/close web page if you don't want to buy them.
