Do not take luxury items to this shoe repair shop. If you value your property and your hard earned money stay far away. Inexperienced in dealing with higher end items. Would be great for working boots and everyday wear shoes. Completely ruined a pair of red bottom heels purchased for my wife for our 10 year anniversary. Lied about the damages done to the shoes, and stole accessory items in the box that came with the heels. Never deal with a man that can look you in the eyes and spout a lie without so much as flinching. Stay far away if you value your time and money. Cannot overstate the sub-standard quality of work and customer service.

Professional, kind and great repair. Highly recommend when shoe uppers appear near new but the soles have worn out...rubber or leather.
