Go in fill out your application yourself. Show proof of income. Bank statements, check stubs, I'd down payment. They will summit the alp, then wait on them to contact you.
I don't see where they actually left a review, just a 5 star rating which is what most businesses and companies do. So no, I don't see it being a scam.
