Very nice hotel for the price. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Location is good but essentially in the middle of a mall parking lot. The breakfast was adequate for Best Western standards. Would stay here again if in the area.

We did not expect the hotel to be more of a motel. There was no elevator. The walkway and breezeway were so dirty. We did not feel safe. We even worried about our car being broken into. I will say the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was hot and had a good variety. Location was conveniently located to highway exit.

The young lady that checked me in was rude and should not be dealing with the public. They said the hotel was pet friendly but never mentioned the $20 fee for a cat. It was 8pm and I had just driven 700 miles, or I would have gone elsewhere. I I use a hotel twice a year going back and forth to Fl. I will find a different hotel to stay at.

Front desk staff person was very unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by having to deal with us. The room was not that clean and needed to be updated. The only plus was the bed was comfortable.
