Went to your canal st urgent care they said they were booked no one in waiting room no one in parking lot and they told me to use other urgent care on Pooler parkway since when is an urgent care “booked “with appointments that is not the concept for urgent care. And I’m still waiting since 5 pm YESTERDAY for my prescription don’t think I’ll be using your urgent care again

I haven't had the greatest luck with urgent care because a lot of my symptoms from pre-existing conditions mimic COVID. But after registering online and passing the very simple COVID screening I was seen IMMEDIATELY. I literally went from the check-in desk to the back office to be seen. No waiting at all. They were incredibly efficient and I already feel better than I did when I went after just 24 hours. Highly recommend online registration to make your visit as smooth as mine was.

I was there a week ago. Horrible cough and horrible chest congestion. Dr never even touched me said it will run its course, well 1 week later I have a upper respiratory infection. Very non personable and charged $100 . Won't ever be back.
