We are a self-pay, out of network provider and so don’t accept insurance. This means we can spend more time with our patients and provide a much higher level of care at an affordable price. We treat patients based on scientifically proven medical protocols, not on what is most profitable for insurance companies. Our patients are not just a number to us -- they are real people with real issues. And this is what makes us different. While we do not accept insurance, we are pleased to provide an itemized receipt for all of our clients. Insurance companies may provide reimbursement directly to you once you file the claim yourself. If you need assistance with any of this please reach out to our team and we'd be happy to get you the info you need to submit for reimbursement.

To my knowledge if the location is set up for a CT scan, yes you will need an appointment. Unless it's an emergency and you go to the Hospital ER and they determine you need one asap.

Hi Demontrez, we do write prescriptions but unless you were seen by us very recently, we would require you to be seen by a Provider in order to properly diagnose the need or continued need. We do offer telehealth visits for some conditions. If that is something that fits your need, then we could call in a prescription for you. We offer annual, sports, and employment physicals. The visit is $99 plus addititonal costs if you need labwork or prescriptions.
