Worst place to go period. Waited 2 hours with a scheduled appointment, sign in kiosk did not work, left paying $100 and didn’t get done what I came for..or anything at all. This is a huge scam and they want to refer every one that comes in to a specialist to scam more money out of them. I will never use them ever again. You can tell they are out to get more money before taking care of anyone.

They can't give pain medication after a fall without taking an X-ray first, but they don't have an x-Ray. Painful, wasted trip (after waiting for them to open because they are not 24/7).

Questions & Answers

Do you accept insurance?

Urgent Care 24/7 Pooler | Dec 5, 2021
Urgent Care 24/7 Pooler | Dec 5, 2021

We are a self-pay, out of network provider and so don’t accept insurance. This means we can spend more time with our patients and provide a much higher level of care at an affordable price. We treat patients based on scientifically proven medical protocols, not on what is most profitable for insurance companies. Our patients are not just a number to us -- they are real people with real issues. And this is what makes us different. While we do not accept insurance, we are pleased to provide an itemized receipt for all of our clients. Insurance companies may provide reimbursement directly to you once you file the claim yourself. If you need assistance with any of this please reach out to our team and we'd be happy to get you the info you need to submit for reimbursement.

Are your workers allowed to return to work while they are covid positive as per recent recommendations?

Urgent Care 24/7 Pooler | Feb 3, 2022
Urgent Care 24/7 Pooler | Feb 3, 2022

Recent recommendations regarding health care workers returning to work while they are still Covid positive defiles the first lesson taught in medical school, “First, do no harm.” This new policy desecrates the Hippocratic Oath and is not in the best interest of patients nor employees. By knowingly returning covid positive employees back into the workforce, they are exposing our most vulnerable to unnecessary risk. At Urgent Care 24/7, we bring the promise of "first, do no harm" and our Hippocratic Oath together to practice the art of medicine for every patient as if they were our own friends or family members. Would you want a known Covid-positive health care worker taking care of you, your friends or relatives? Of course not! ‍ At Urgent Care 24/7, you can trust that all of our providers on duty are always healthy and safe to provide our patients the best care possible. ‍ Please see our website to read the full statement from Dr. Williams.
