Our classes are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 530pm to 630pm. Our child care hours are Monday to Friday 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Some holidays affect these hours. We do have a stair stepper , hit trainer (high intensity trainer), bikes and treadmills.
