Conway Fence has been in business a very long time and it was the reason I chose them to install my fence. Alex Jones the installer worked very hard from the time he arrived to the time he finished. I discussed varies concerns I had with Alex and he listened very patiently. At the end of the installation I was very pleased with the work. I honestly can say Conway Fence takes pride in the work they provide to every individual.

Yes, it is the law to call and allow about 4 work days to be located. However, they will not locate personal lines installed. That would fall on responsibility of the customer to locate those.
Yes, HOA needs to approve the location, style and color of the fence along with the city and county codes.
We have to check where the job is located to see if a permit is required. Every city and county can be different in locations of fence, height and color.
