Yeah it's pretty safe been here over 15 years now! You have a variety of types of people who live here and if anything is going on in the neighborhood most people post things on the Neighborhood App but sometimes you have read between the lines just like anything else on the internet 75/25% Truth or False facts! There are lots for rent and some homes for sale, check with the front office during the day will have better answer for those questions!

Yes they do. Rental is all they do and bump cost every year at 320 now . My advise find land it is cheaper
no, they are not for sale. ground rent is $330 and includes trash pick up and use of the pool, there is also a playground and picnic area
Yes. They do not allow 4sale signs in yard less one would see everyone trying to get out of there. You have to ride around to see signs in Windows. If you do move there get a 10 yr lease or more unless you enjoy lot fee increases every year for no reason or increased improvements.
