My babies have always gotten great care here. My big American Bulldog is a senior now. I couldn't imagine anyone else caring for her. As a matter of fact, Stormi and Dr Renee graciously assisted me today with an issue. I am very thankful for them as I was in a bit of a panic. I have been assisted by so many here. I appreciate them all.

Brought my Dane in Thursday for a bath and nail clipping, retuned home with a broken toe. This is the second time she has been injured while in their care. I’ve been using VCA for a while now and thought I could trust them with my baby.

I chose this clinic for my new puppy check up. Making the appointment was easy but got rescheduled multiple times for scheduling issues which was fine. Upon arrival, the front staff was pleasant(the reason for 2 stars). My appointment was 11:30. I watched multiple people come in after me and went back to see the doctor. I sat there for 1 hour and 30 mins and was never seen but every WHITE person that came in after me with non emergency appointments went back while me and my shihtzu just sat there. Eventually I got up and left because obviously my dog’s health was not important. When they noticed me getting into my car and leaving they called my phone 10 times. I didn’t bother answering or responding to the text messages because it shouldn’t take me leaving the facility for you to notice me. Needless to say I thought about not leaving this review but it’s been heavy on my heart ever since it happened. Hopefully this isn’t how all African Americans are treated. Love & Light

Yes, I have seen them do home euthanasia. They do add an additional charge for this service. I don't know how much.

We had same problem w/our shepherd mix. Try 1 tbsp LOCAL honey on food daily. Helps w/allergies from local pollens and grasses.
