A. They would not answer the phone when I called. B. The website only would let me have an appointment for a week and a half from when I called. C. I could not apply for a credit card online even though I already have an account there. D. They denied my current credit card account AND my daughter’s credit account because “we haven’t used them lately “ Not the best customer service in my opinion.
