I called Radley Cadillac and a man with very clear professional speaking voice answered the phone on the 1st ring and identified himself as Dae’Chaun, and thanked me for calling and then pleasantly asked how may I assist you. His voice was so genuine and made me feel that my call was important. The person who answers the phone is the first representation of that company, and can make the difference in a customer doing business with that company. Dae’Chaun delivered excellent customer and left a very positive impression of Radley Cadillac after I hung up. I’m pleased to leave this review.
