Owner is extremely rude. Tries to argue with clients. Verbally says one thing and sends threatening emails that contraindicate what the verbal agreement was. Makes random prices. You can usually find him looking at the female clients quite often, little freaky. Best advice is to head over to Planet Fitness where it’s cleaner, cheaper, no judgement, and newer equipment.

Hey! This is an awesome establishment. The owner is a cool guy. They have everything a person needs to excel in their physical fitness goals. They offer great information and products for proper nutrition. They have a great cardio room. And they provide access to great personal trainers. And there are a number of other things they provide including a room for children with a TV and an old small version of the Galaga arcade room game. I recommend you come try them out and bring friends and family. Have a great time!
