Bad service the personal don’t respect people’s time they call who ever they want not in order that you sing in very bad

If I could give this place Negative 0 stars I would. I took my child to get a routine school physical at 10:30am and had to wait nearly 4 hours just to see the doctor and when I was finally called I had to wait about 20 more minutes right outside of her office. While waiting the medical staff all went to a back room to sing happy birthday to a fellow staff member. To top it off a Medical assistant went into the office of the doctor I was waiting to see my son and came back out asking me my language preference, when I told her English she continued to tell me that the doctor was going to take a 30 minute lunch break and told me if I wanted to wait I could. I was livid, not only did you have me wait nearly 4 hours just to see the doctor, but you both had the audacity to ask me to wait 30 more minutes while they took their lunch break. I’m not opposed to anyone taking a lunch break because you are definitely entitled to nourish yourself, but to do it on a patients time is really unprofessional. I took my son and left and the attitude the Medical Assistant gave was uncalled for — You went to school to get a degree that involves working with people and providing a compassion and nurturing setting, if you do not like your job and the career choice you made, then you should not be working with people. I have took it upon myself to report them and I will follow up on the report as well. If you could avoid this place, save yourself the time.

If I could I would rate this clinic a 0 stars if I could. The service is so bad I did two treatments of chemical peeling. Spent so much money and didn’t get the results I wanted. They tell you only what you want to hear and not the truth to benefit your skin. They’ll take your money and the treatment would be so bad.

Clean facility I would definitely recommend it. This is a walk in clinic. Not by appointment, but definitely quicker and cheaper than than the ER.
