From reading these other reviews, hey it’s public housing not the Ritz Carlton or Bell Air! Of course there are ups and downs. But IF you follow the rules and guidelines, try to be a good neighbor and don’t cause any problems, you won’t have any problems. Yes they DO notify you in advance when they need to enter your apartment. NO they do not go through your stuff! They DO put out a monthly news letter with any and all information you need and it is updated monthly with any new information. That is very helpful. Now their rules, yes they are VERY strict and some of their rules yes are a little ridiculous. Things can get a somewhat aggravating but it’s like this no matter where you rent. Not just public housing. BUT- - -rules are in place for a reason. To keep order and cleanliness, and keep things running smoothly & to keep the residents safe. Yes attitudes and moods can fluctuate from time to time. BUT if you are a good renter and do what you’re supposed to and be nice & friendly to the staff etc. you won’t have any problems. Except it being hard sometimes to follow their strict rules, I personally haven’t had any trouble here.
