My Family Has Purchased 12 Volkswagens from this Dealership, They Keep Us Coming Back. From John and Milton in Sales, Dre in Finance, Bryant Hall in Service, Everyone Above and In Between... Outstanding Edit 10/31/2022 Well, things have changed, our 2021.5 Atlas R line has spent more than 2 months combined, in service, 3 times, not repaired correctly, didn't give me a loaner, until 21 days ago, then seems like the tricked me into turning it back in, wanting me to take back my Atlas that is in the buy back program, waiting for our 2023 Atlas R line, it wasn't fixed 2 times before, so I didn't have a warm fuzzy, but didn't have a choice. They pull my car in, that they had over a month...Dirty, pick my wife up and the right inside front door handle doesn't work. This wss 3 days ago, I made an appointment this morning, Don was Fantastic, fixed and on the road in 30 minutes, but Wow, just Wow. Hopefully our new Atlas is here when promised or I may be leaving a 25 year loyalty, to my VW Brand.

Darrick was my advisor. He alerted me to how long my service would take and how much it would cost before the work started. I appreciated the estimate of time and cost so I wasn’t surprised when it took as long as it did and I wasn’t surprised at the cost.

Questions & Answers

Why dont you have a list and pictures of inventor?

Simplypawsh2012 Morris | Nov 1, 2018
Heritage Volkswagen | Nov 1, 2018

Hi Simplypawsh2012, thanks for your questions. We take pictures of our inventory on a daily basis. Occasionally we don't have 100% of the inventory photographed due to a large influx of vehicles. If there is a specific vehicle that you are seeing on the website and it doesn't have photos yet, simply call the dealership and ask for a Sales Consultant to email you photos. They can typically send you pictures of any vehicles that you want to see the same day.

We have taken a lot of measures to protect everyone at our dealership including disinfecting all vehicles that come through service and all vehicles before they go out for a test drive or out for delivery. My Volkswagen CC won't start. It won't jump start either. Nothing comes on. I started it this morning and all dash lights started going haywire then nothing. What should I do?

Take it into the shop to get a service check. However, it can be numerous things. My first bet is the battery. Then they'll go to check the starter and spark plugs, etc... Nevertheless, take it to the dealership or your local car Mechanic. (Hope this was helpful)
