I hated my experience when I got to the drive thru intercom the boy was playing on the intercom and when I got to the drive thru window the girl act like she didn't have a clue what she was doing .

How do I need to order a iced coffee if I would like light cream. I asked this morning for a iced coffee with sugar...and light cream. The lady handed me the cup a iced glass of milk with a hint of coffee.

If the iced coffee is too light in color I asked them again at the window if they made it the way I said on the speaker I will taste it right there at the window in the Drive-Thru and if it's not to my liking I will hand it right back and ask to redo it
