Food was awful, the waitress didn't move the dirty plates before placing the dessert. The hot dog bun was so soggy. It looked like a wet diaper. The child's menu was placed down, but no crayons. The service was slow. The employees were sitting around together being boisterous. The place looked filthy. With so many employees on payroll for the day the place should've been scrubbed from top to bottom 🙄.. I was looking forward to showing my child a place where I visited when I was younger, sad to say it was very disappointing. I won't be coming back. What a waste of money and time.

One of the biggest reason I don't love coming here is the wait outside for ice cream. I'm not sure if it's because they employees forget that people are waiting outside to order or they need a designated person for the window. I know every place is facing their own struggles with COVID but it seems like this is always the case when it comes to the window for ice cream. I come here for the ice cream and ice cream only.

The old boss was no asset to the business. There were so many complaints about the way he treated the help and his nastiness to customers. They are short staffed as higher-ups cut hours for the help. Those that are left are doing their best. As for clothing cleanliness they are as clean as can be expected for all the running around they have to do. The store is cleaner now than it was with the old manager who cared about nothing
They do.. I work right around the corner&× often pick up food on my lunch break.. They have inside dining
