How do I need to order a iced coffee if I would like light cream. I asked this morning for a iced coffee with sugar...and light cream. The lady handed me the cup a iced glass of milk with a hint of coffee.

If the iced coffee is too light in color I asked them again at the window if they made it the way I said on the speaker I will taste it right there at the window in the Drive-Thru and if it's not to my liking I will hand it right back and ask to redo it

Throw it in their face & ask if that was light cream?

Tell them no cream and add your own. That's how I get it to work.

Too funny. I had the same problem. I thought it was me being from N.Y. ordering in the South so what I did was I said "could you go easy" on the cream? And that worked from Virginia to Georgia. SO FAR.
