I had water coming in my house due to storm damage to my roof. I called several other roofing company's and could not even get anyone to answer the phone, when I called Dave's roofing Kalyn answered, she is so sweet, she was able to get someone out the same day for an emergency repair. Kenny and Kalyn helped me navigate the home owner insurance filing process and went above and beyond what was expected of them. There was also damage to my outdoor buildings so I had Dave's roofing repair those as well. Kenny explained the entire process so I knew what to expect through every part of the process. When the crew arrived to install my new roof it was done very well and the clean up was amazing, no damage at all to any of my bushes or grass.

From first contact to completion of the repair, I was pleased with the people & the job they did. Kalyn was especially helpful. I look forward to using them again with the installation of an attic fan.

The best way to avoid future problems is to do a periodic inspection at least once a year. But you can start paying more attention to some details like cracked, warped, missing shingles, deteriorating flashings, excessive surface granules accumulating in the gutters or downspouts. Indoors you can always look for racked paint, discolored drywall, and peeling wallpaper as signs of damage to roof areas.
