Dr Rhodes is helpful and does a good job. Don’t see the other people who slip in and work on the weekends or non-peak hours. It’s a waste of time. It almost seems as though they have no idea what they’re doing and push you out in two or three minutes. I had one guy on Sunday fail to make a single successful adjustment last week. Pitiful.I’m done with this place. Cancelling the subscription. You’d be wise to stay away.

Normally have a fine experience, my husband is a member.. however, it was 6:40 (they close at 7pm) and they saw my husband coming to the door and literally locked him out so he wouldn’t come in. We called a few minutes later and no one picked up either.

Always my go-to chiropractor. Love that I can stop in on my lunch break or whenever without needing an appointment. Dr. Rhoades is great, highly recommend him. The receptionist is the sweetest too, she always knows me by name.

My one star review goes directly to the owner/managers of this establishment. The staff themselves are great but I do not recommend doing business here as the higher-ups are extremely unprofessional. I placed my account on a freeze earlier this year when my immediate family members contracted covid and I had to quarantine for an indefinite amount of time. Months later when looking at my bank statements I realized they had actually been charging me the entire time, even though I completed their freeze paperwork and received an email stating I would not be charged until I was able to return. They had overcharged me hundreds of dollars. I knew I could dispute the charges with my bank but I wanted to give them the opportunity to correct this on their own so I called the desk to request a refund. The associate I spoke with was extremely apologetic and explained that she would forward the issue to the owner. She also added a disclaimer that I should give him "several days" to get back to me since this person is apparently hard to reach. I thought that was very strange as I myself work in boutique healthcare and this is exactly the type of issue we try to resolve immediately. I left my work number AND my email address, and asked the associate to relay that I am also available via text message if that will ease communication. It's been almost an entire month now and I haven't received any further communication from The Joint. I find it extremely disheartening that this clinic would take advantage of a member this way amidst all the suffering of a pandemic. I ended up filing a claim with my bank to have the unauthorized charges reversed and placed a stop payment on any further charges. I am very disappointed especially knowing that I desperately need chiropractic care but I don't feel comfortable returning after what has gone on. I hope the owner/management knows they are directly responsible for losing my business and it has nothing to do with the poor staff who have to constantly cover the underlying unprofessionalism at this location. Please do better next time.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
