Worst service experience. Took my car for recall and two other issues with car functions. They Gave me an appointment at their convenience, left the car for 4 full days. Even after keeping four full days they touched my vehicle on last day few hours before I went to pick up. Even after keeping the car for four days they only fixed one recall issue leaving other two issues out. If I had option of negative I would Have given that. My Driver seat makes grinding noise when car adjust the seat setting and they tell me it’s normal. I told Them show me in other vehicle same noise so I would Believe. They had gut to tell me we don’t have any vehicle to show u. Come next time we will look into it. Sorry. That’s ridiculous. I had Lot of other cars brands but this was the worst service experience.

I have been a loyal Jeff Smith customer for years. I have purchased over 4 vehicles from this dealership. I have never had any issues until now. This is my 5th car I've purchased from them and I am not happy. This Ford explorer had issues that needed to be addressed and fixed by the service department so I dropped it off after only having it 2 days. It's been a week and they haven't even looked at my car. I'm getting different answers from them everytime I call. This is BEYOND frustrating. This has been the worst experience for me and I hope nobody else has to deal with something like this.

After 17 hours on the road, we had a breakdown with our vehicle Ford F250 diesel. We are pulling a 40 ft travel trailer. I was able to limp to the nearest exit which is I my surprise was a Ford dealership. I thought what a relief! What are the chances! We pulled into their lot and my husband went in to explain what our truck was doing. Apparently the staff was on break and to busy to even take a reading on our truck.They told him their next availability is in January!! I get people are busy but I felt this was urgent. We pulled over down the road because we couldn't go any further and thankfully the body shop next to them, Precision Collision Center was nice enough to come out and do a diagnostic test for us to help find the problem. To bad they are not mechanics because I would have totally given them my business. They actually cared that I was stranded and needed help. After they gave us the reading, I walked back down to Ford in tears, begging and pleading to see if anyone there could look at my truck today or even tomorrow. Kristen showed a little interest and called a few people I'm assuming in the shop to see if anyone could squeeze me in. On her last call when they heard I had a diesel that was a flat out no. I called my Ford Dealership in Chicago to see if they had any advise and they said we needed to take it to a dealership and clear the codes and try to get it fixed. Sadly Jeff Smith Ford in Georgia is a place I hope I never have to see again. "We care " is on your sign. No, you don't! Thanks for nothing! Not even a diagnosis reading! I'm so happy your neighbors were caring enough to help us out!
