Maybe it's a agreement that no one else can sell it so they get that business.
No laws in SC are liquor can only be sold Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm
They don't deliver or ship alcohol or beer/wine in the U.S so I imagine they would never ship overseas.

Mask are required. All of the staff wear mask. There is a large volume of people in and out so I always utilize my hand cleanser when I return to my automobile. It's been a great place to shop.

I don't work for Total Wine but as a customer, I can tell you they do sell moonshine. They have a website. Just Google Total Wine
You'll have to call the store. If you don't want to do that, download the total wine app. Once you've downloaded the app, there are several ways to search for specific wines. It will also let you know if in stock or not. Good luck.
Total wine does not carry that product unfortunately! It's not readily available in the southeast to my knowledge apart from a steakhouse in Epcot at Disney world
