It all depends when you call. If you call during mid lunch dinner or breakfast hours they're usually too busy. It's easier to download the app n order I think then you can just go pick it up

They obviously have a management issue because they've been having problems with at least second and third shift for a few years now and they would not consistently do that if they had good management... so somebody's dropping the ball up top in the chain
I guess they don't have enough people working there.
Servers wear masks, seating is every other table. They spray tables and seats after each guest. We felt comfortable eating there and burgers were great as usual. You must wear a mask to enter.
Dining room is open & they should be able to accommodate 8 ppl
Many, personally I don't like steak n shake.
